Clerk to Board

The Clerk to Board function is simply a function of recording, documenting and reporting the activity of the Board of County Commissioners in their various workshops and meetings.

The Board publishes its meeting agendas on their website and we have provided a link so that you may see the meeting agenda and the approved minutes from that meeting.

As a part of each meeting, the Board’s “Bills & Vouchers”, or the checks written to operate and provide for the daily functions of the County, are reviewed and voted on. Per Florida Statute, these Bills & Vouchers are to be “spread in the minutes” of the County Commission. These checks are provided below and are sorted alphabetically by vendor. Each file corresponds to a BOCC Meeting.

There are two services that we currently provide that we hope to eventually make available on this webpage. First, we maintain all of the resolutions, ordinances and miscellaneous agreements approved by the BOCC. We hope to provide these in a searchable format soon. Second, we tape each BOCC meeting and capture the audio and video of these meetings. Soon, we hope to provide these audio/video files in a viewable format so that you can watch or re-watch the BOCC meetings.
