from 1843 to 1866. |
1892 Courthouse
In 1866 Crawfordville was chosen as the permanent county seat. The new
courthouse was literally moved to Crawfordville and re-assembled. A fire
in early 1892 destroyed the Crawfordvile courthouse and many records.
